"We considered making BuddyMate user-configurable, but this would have meant
fitting a pin header to the printed circuit board and supplying four jumpers (as
used on PC mainboards).
We would have needed to use a diffferent (screwed) case, or re-tool our existing
case to allow access to the jumpers - we felt that would add too much to the
cost and the final price would have been unacceptable to our customers.
Unfortunately, this means that BuddyMate is factory-configured and changing
master or slave transmitters would mean breaking the case apart, as well as
changing the connectors. If you *were* prepared to try this, we could supply a
table showing the position of the solder links for the various makes.
