Hoa amigos, sabeis como puedo sacar la camisa de un MVVS 26 de gasolina? es que tiro y tiro y eso no se mueve ni 1 mm...

El secreto es la temperatura, si no calientas el bloque a la temperatura adecuada no hay manera de que salga la camisa. Hay muchos métodos comentados en el foro, usa el que mejor te venga o el que acepte la parienta (en caso que el horno sea el elegido).

Si miras el manual del motor puedes encontrar:

"Re-assembling

Demount rear cover, head and carburetor. It is not possible to re-assemble the engine unless the cylinder part of the engine is heated up to 80° - 100°C. Then it is possible to remove steel piston insert without rotating (!). Next step is piston and connecting rod removal. Crankshaft has to be in the top dead centre (TDC). Pull off the connecting rod from pin on the crankshaft in direction to rear cover out of the crankcase. After getting off the drive washer and Woodruff (safety) key, it is possible to pull out the crankshaft again in direction to rear cover out of the crankcase. You will get the bearing out after heating up (again between 80°- 100°C). Assembling passes off in opposite meaning."

SALIÓ!! por fin salio la pu..camisa he sacado el rodamiento de la muñequilla y está hecho pedazos...no sabeis donde comprar este tipo de rodamientos???
